The Problem

TPL Insurance is Pakistan's leading Insurtech, an AA-rated insurer serving 300,000+ customers with one of the most advanced digital insurance platforms in the country. But being technologically ahead of the market creates its own communication problem. The product was innovative. The communication was not keeping pace. Different departments, corporate, brand, digital were speaking in different tones, with different visual languages, pulling in different directions. The audience they needed to reach wasn't connecting with what they were seeing. TPL needed communication that was unified, relatable, and coherent across every touchpoint.

Strategy & Flow

The engagement started with social media and grew into something far more foundational.
01

Social Media Unification

We started by auditing and reshaping TPL Insurance's social media presence establishing a unified tone of voice and design language that made every post feel like it came from the same brand.
02

Annual Report

We were commissioned to design TPL Insurance's annual report by translating complex financial and operational performance into a document that communicated credibility.
03

Core Brand Book

The engagement culminated in the development of a comprehensive brand book. A single definitive reference for all corporate and brand communication departments.

The Result

By 2023, TPL Insurance was operating with a unified communication identity across all channels, a brand that looked and sounded like a coherent whole rather than a collection of departments. TPL Insurance has established itself as a pioneer in offering seamless insurance services through state-of-the-art Insurtech infrastructure and the communication surrounding that innovation now matches its ambition. In a category where trust is the primary purchase driver, a brand that communicates consistently is not a cosmetic achievement. It is a commercial one.
