The Problem

Raftaar arrived with a name and a logo. Everything else needed to be built. A B2B digital retail app solving a real problem by giving shopkeepers the ability to order instantly without waiting for a sales rep, but with no brand identity, no positioning, no messaging, and no visual language to take it to market with confidence. In a space where trust is everything and the audience is traditional trade retailers, showing up without a coherent brand story was not an option.

Strategy & Flow

The work followed a deliberate sequence, strategy before execution, always.
01

Brand Strategy

We started by understanding the business, the audience, and the competitive landscape. The answers shaped everything that followed.
02

Positioning And Messaging

We defined exactly where Raftaar stood in the market, what it stood for, what it said, and how it said it.
03

Identity And Visual System

With strategy locked, we built the full brand book, imagery direction, design guidelines, colour system, typography, and visual language.

The Result

Raftaar launched successfully with a brand that could carry the business into market with clarity and confidence. The business achieved PKR 150 million in orders, proof that when a digital product shows up with a coherent identity and a clear value proposition, adoption follows.
