The Problem

Maxitech Healthcare had no e-commerce presence at all. No website built to sell, no digital storefront, no infrastructure to convert interest into transactions. They had a healthcare product worth buying but no way for a customer to actually buy it online directly from them. Every potential sale was being lost to the absence of a basic digital foundation.

Strategy & Flow

The brief required building the entire commercial infrastructure from zero not optimising something that already existed.
01

Building Platform

E-commerce build. We designed and developed a complete e-commerce website from the ground up structured for conversion, not just presence. Every page built with one purpose: turning a visitor into a customer.
02

Developing Social Media Strategy

Social media foundation. Alongside the website, we built out their social media presence to drive awareness and traffic into the new e-commerce funnel.
03

Converting Leads to Customers

Performance marketing on Meta. With the infrastructure in place, we launched targeted Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram by building around audience precision rather than broad reach, optimised continuously against real conversion data.

The Result

PKR 1,000,000+ in revenue generated within the first 3 months. ROAS of 7+ sustained from month one, with spikes exceeding 16+ during peak campaign windows. Maximum single order size reached PKR 250,000+. Built from nothing to a fully functioning, profitable e-commerce engine in under 90 days.
