The Problem
Hefazat was building something genuinely useful. A single platform aggregating insurance products from Pakistan's most credible providers, giving consumers access to health, life, motor, and property insurance under one roof. The challenge was making something inherently complex feel simple, trustworthy, and approachable. Insurance in Pakistan carries a perception problem, confusion, distrust, and fine print. Hefazat needed a brand and a product experience that dismantled all three from the first glance.
Strategy & Flow
The work operated across two parallel tracks brand identity and product design, both anchored in the same founding insight: that Hefazat means protection, and every visual and experiential decision needed to make that feeling tangible.
01
Brand Identity
We built a visual identity that gave the name Hefazat its proper representation, a logo and design language that communicated safety, reliability, and approachability that dominates the insurance category in Pakistan.
02
Consumer Journey Mapping
Before a single screen was designed, we mapped the complete user journey by identifying every point of potential confusion, drop-off, or friction in an inherently multi-step process involving multiple insurance providers and product types.
03
UX/UI design
We designed every screen of the mobile application with one governing principle: clarity over comprehensiveness.
The Result
A brand identity that gives the name Hefazat its full visual weight and a mobile application that makes Pakistan's most confusing financial product category feel approachable. In a market where insurance penetration remains critically low largely due to complexity and distrust, design that removes friction is not a cosmetic decision. It is a commercial one
